I often feel like I am in a mental fog.  Some days I struggle to get through the day because I have a million things on my mind, but can’t juggle all the thoughts.  Sleep deprivation doesn’t help either!  🙂

Apparently, there are some foods that help with brain efficiency.  These foods are also clean foods that assist in the health of your body as a whole.  It’s a win-win situation.  How often do you consume these foods?
