I have tiger strips earned from pregnancy, I have tiger strips from my teenage growth spurt.  Most people have experience with stretch marks for whatever reason they were earned.  They aren’t pretty, but they are apart of life.

I have used Retinol with some success and a myriad of creams promising to banish the marks with limited success.  I am willing to try the creams, but I prefer natural remedies.  I know that coconut oil and Vitamin E are great (and I use both), but I must add these remaining remedies to my arsenal.  What remedies have you tried?
Coffee Grinds
Take coffee grinds with olive oil, and make into a paste. Massage well into the area with stretch marks for about 5 minutes. Then take a hot towel, and wrap it around the area for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and wash off with warm water. Also, when you are finished, apply a moisturizer to the area. The olive oil with the caffeine in the grinds, will help stimulate the area to remove the stretch marks. If you do this 1-3 times a week, you will start to notice a difference within 2 weeks!

Vitman E
This vitamin is known as one of the best natural scar remedies. It stimulates the collagen in the skin, which can provide a noticeable difference when it comes to texture and strength. Take a hot bath, then opening a liquid capsule of Vitamin E and applying it directly to the area, massaging firmly. You are able to purchase these pills at any drug store or grocery store.
Coconut Oil
If you read the blog, you already know how much I am an advocate for coconut oil. This stuff really does do wonders for almost anything that you can imagine! Coconut oil has fatty chain acids that work to regenerate and rebuild the connective tissues that cause stretch marks. This is much like performing like antioxidants against free radicals. The coconut oil works against those free radicals. And by doing so, it can also soften the skin, as well as rebuild it and reduce the look and feel of stretch marks.

Gotu Kola
Gotu Kola is an herb that is well known for it’s ability for speedy healing, helping inflammation, and improving circulation as well. These traits make for an awesome way of healing scar tissue and diminishing the look and feel of them. It has also been found to help increase collagen in the skin. Research has shown as well, how Gotu Kola is a great way of naturally healing stretch marks. You can apply Gotu Kola topically, or take it orally.
